The Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido Association is under the direction of Master Brian Ayotte. He is a New England born and raised martial artist. He's a Graduate with honors from Stratford Career Institute in Security and Police Sciences. He’s also done coursework in the Private Investigative sector.

He holds an 8th.Dan in Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido, 7th.Dan in Combat Karate ,5th Dan in K.I.A.I. KENPO Karate, and is an Instructor under Master Ziggy Guy De Ro of Cane Fighters International.

He is a State Licensed Emergency Medical Technician, Cpr/Aed Instructor last 15 yrs.

He runs the Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido System Association and continues to be active in several disciplines still learning and teaching.

The PTIOA welcomes the partnership and Master Ayotte's continued contributions to the PTIOA.

As a valued PTIOA member you can now get credit for your experience and training toward becoming a certified Police Tactics Instructor. Having this certifcation can open up new doors for you to teach.

If you are a beginner you can start in our BASIC Program which includes your membership certificate, ID CARD, basic training manual, and three training videos.

You will start in the first three Levels and work toward Level #5 status to be able to teach the PTIOA program in your studio and law enforcement agencies.

We currently have 1400 members in twenty five countries worldwide.
